Conflict Resolution in the Workplace
In-house, training for organizations custom designed to suit their specific conflict resolution challenges. These hands-on workshops and/or training courses will arm your managers, human resource professionals, educators and employees with the practical skills needed to improve their teamwork, communication and conflict resolution skills.
Introductory and advanced training in mediation covering both the underlying principles and skills necessary for a successful mediator. Group training is offered as part of the Mediation Centre of Southeastern Ontario.
One-on One Training / Conflict Coaching
This is ideal for people who want something that is flexible and practical. Usually I work with people who are struggling with a specific issue or how to work with/for another person. I am located in Kingston, but work with people all over the World over the phone and using skype. The format is flexible but typically involves a 1 hour call each week for 4 weeks. We can also work around both our schedules, so that the call or meeting need not be at the same time each week.
