On April 25-27, John will be a featured presenter at the Certificate Program of Interactive Training Workshops on Alternative Dispute and Conflict Resolution. Offered by the Mediation Centre of Southeastern Ontario, the comprehensive program will cover conflict resolution, communication skills, and negotiation skills.
